Alice Hollowed Alice Hollowed has been teaching babywearing throughout Chicago since 2003. She started babywearing her first son, now 5 years old, when he was one month old and has had a baby or toddler in a carrier ever since. She is the co-founder of City Slingers, the Chicago chapter of Nine In, Nine Out, Inc. (NINO), a non-profit organization dedicated to babywearing advocacy and education.
